This person can also be called a traveller ,he travels the whole city of golaghat on this wheels,he sells many spieces and goods of daily needs.
As i am resident of golaghat i am seeing him from childhood ,and the day i clicked the picture he was on his rest at this blazing sunshine and he was really too happy when i saw him this picture.
